38 Years old Impregnates his own Daughter, attempts to do Abortion

The arrest of a 38-years-old man, Sunday Udo has been confirmed by the Ondo States Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Funmilayo Odunlami. The man was allegedly said to have continually had the carnal knowledge of his biological daughter who was said to be a 15-year-old daughter. It was gathered that this man frequently slept with her daughter and which later results in him impregnating her.

According to reports, the man was said to take her daughter to a health center in Ile-Oluji, Ondo State for an abortion after he noticed that she has gotten pregnant. The health workers who refused to terminate the pregnancy instantly informed the police, which led to his arrest.

The Ile-Oluji division of the Nigeria Police, Ondo State Division has then confirmed the incident to be true as the man had truly been having intercourse with his daughter for so long. Speaking further, the PPRO said they have transferred the case to the Ondo State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) and the suspect will be prosecuted appropriately after the investigation is completed.
