SAD! Kidnappers Killed Victim After Collecting Ransom In Lafia

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have killed one Anas Zubairu after collecting ransom from the victim’s family for his freedom. 

Anas was kidnapped on Friday August 23 around the Project Quarters area of Lafia metropolis. 

The deceased’s elder brother, Muhammad Zubairu, confirmed on Sunday in a Facebook post. 

According to him, Anas died in the hands of his abductor(s). 

Reacting to the incident, Junaid Abdulrashid Umar, described the spate of kidnappings in the State as worrisome and called on the relevant authorities to provide lasting solution to the menace.
