A former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu so far is leading at the Nigeria's ruling All Progressive Congress ,APC, Primaries.
Though the counting of results is still ongoing at the moment at the special convention held on the 8th of May 2022.
Tinubu, had half of the presidential aspirants from the South West , namely; Kayode Fayemi , Godswill Akpabio, Badaru Abubakar, Dimeji Bankole, Ibikunle Amosun, all ditched Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to support the APC National Leader,Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
If the 70-year-old wins the primary, he is to face strong competitors like ,former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Gregory Obi of labour Party,others at the general elections which holds next year, 2023.
