Mrs. Crystal Chigbu does not allow the challenges of her baby to weigh her down. The problem rather strengthen her to contribute to societal growth after overcoming the challenge.

Mrs. Crystal told BBC News Pidgin that her baby girl do not have bone in leg when she gave birth to her. Mrs. Crystal said her mind was filled with anxiety in the beginning when the health challenges of the young girl was revealed that they will amputate her leg.

Mrs Crystal said she resigned her job in order to give the young girl deserving attention.

While speaking about how she got artificial limbs for the girl, Mrs. Crystal said some people accused her of getting results for sin against God.

Mrs. Crystal said those that have children with similar challenges should be patient and not maltreat them. She charged parents not to see the medical condition as the end of life for their children.
